Job Overview
• MIS Management - Record, Maintain, Analyze and Report financial metrics that impact the organization • Manage Vendor & Client Negotiations and frugality • Compliance – GST, Taxation, Cash Flows, P&L, Balance Sheets, Regulatory Compliances, other statutory compliances. • Ensure 100% Accuracy in all the invoices and on time billing • All Reconciliations of major financial parameters • Ensure payment releases (including salaries) on time and receipt of payments from client locations on time collections • Ensure all issues addressal & minimal escalations • Ledger Bookkeeping involves accounting of entire transactions • Monthly bank reconciliations • Prepare Outstanding statement and follow ups for timely payments • Manage, Renew and Renegotiate terms with existing clients • Establish quality control system w.r.t Financial aspects Other Requirements: • Experience in maintaining Books of accounts and Financial analytics • Experience in filing all major Financial compliances • Experience in Integrated Facility Management/Hospitality industry will be preferred
